Transfer Gold
All of the following gold colours can also be ordered as storm or transfer
gold. While doing so the gold leaf is pressed onto a thin white
tissue paper through a special process, so that one can take out the
gold leaf with the paper. After the gold leaf is imprinted, the tissue
paper is able to be removed just like with a decal.
Storm or transfer gold is above all very useful with open-air gilding, in order to also be able to gild
under difficult weather conditions. Storm gold is also advantageous in
the utilisation of
miniature mirror finish, because you can adequately press-on the
gold through the tissue paper onto the slightly adhesive lacquer.
However, please take a few days
delivery time into account, because we usually manufacture storm or
transfer gold by order only - in order to be able to ensure optimum
quality. And so we can also take your request into consideration
regarding the adhesion of the gold on the tissue paper depending on the
utilisation purpose.
